JSL Engineering is located in Moses Lake, Washington, the oasis of the Columbia Basin. We are dedicated to serving the Pacific Northwest and California by providing a wide range of services to our clients beginning at conception, through design, during construction and onto project completion We are extremely proud of our relationships with our clients.  We believe they demonstrate how effective engineering design, timely communication and efficient project management sets one engineering company apart from the competition    Our goal is to continually improve our services to better meet the structural and civil engineering needs of homeowners, developers, contractors and municipalities. We are extensively involved in helping our clients gain compliance with local land use regulations and building codes.
